How Do I Place An Order On Madoriss.com?

Ordering on Madoriss.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the “Add to Cart” button to place it in your Shopping Cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. 

Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process when you will be asked for your credit card information.

I Love Your Jewelry, But Is It Safe?

Yes. We have made sure that our jewelry does not contain any dangerous material, including cadmium, lead, nickel, or any other that could endanger your skin or overall health.

If So Why Did My Skin Turn Green?

Just because your fingers turn green while wearing a silver ring, does not mean that the ring is fake silver or low quality. The real reason behind the development of a green tint on your skin lies in a jewelry metal composition. There are a few important things to know about your jewelry:

Pure silver generally takes a liquid form and it is not suitable for jewelry. For this reason, jewelry made from silver needs to be alloyed, or blended, with another type of metal.

The most common type of metal combined with sterling silver for the purpose of jewelry-making is copper. When your jewelry is made of 925 Sterling Silver, it means that the composition is 92.5% pure silver which has been alloyed with 7.5% copper.

Copper is the cause of your skin turning green, but copper is necessary because it provides the durability necessary to create jewelry.

Rest assured, copper and its effect on the skin poses no risk to your skin or overall health.

When Will I Get My Order?

Standard International Shipping: 8-21 business days

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch. Note, all shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

How Long Will It Take To Receive A Tracking Number?

It will take usually between 3-5 business days. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email, please let us know by emailing support@madoriss.com. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

Which Currency Will I Be Charged In?

We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?

To cancel or change your order, please email us immediately on support@madoriss.com (not more than 24 hours). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes, so it is important to contact us as soon as possible.

What Can I Do If I Received A Damaged Item?

If you have received a damaged item, please let us know immediately at support@madoriss.com so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible!

We are not responsible for any damages caused by wear and tear if the item does not fit due to issues with sizing. If it doesn’t fit your finger, kindly let us know immediately so we can arrange a return. Damages caused by refitting and resizing on your own will not be accepted.

Please be aware, that as the business grows it does mean that we are vulnerable to fake accounts claiming to sell Madoriss™ jewelry. Therefore, when placing an order with Madoriss™, please order from madoriss.com, as this is the only place in which you will find real and authentic Madoriss™ jewelry and accessories.

Will I Have To Pay International Taxes & Duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
